Existing arrangements: This demo-only update does not cancel existing subscriptions or reduce refund rights or service obligations already agreed with an existing customer. For an existing arrangement, its agreed terms continue to apply. Contact info@terraform.my for billing, cancellation, refund or data requests.

This notice describes the current public Cadence prototype and website operated by Terraform Technologies. The demo uses fictional data and has no live business-system connections or model calls.

1. The scripted demo

The demo code handles question text in the browser to select and display prewritten examples. It does not send that text to a model or reporting server, or create a connected-data account. Do not enter confidential or personal information. This describes the demo code, not a guarantee about your browser or device.

2. Website, enquiries and billing information

Website requests are handled by Vercel hosting, and the site loads fonts from Google Fonts. Those providers receive request information such as IP address and browser details. Email enquiries sent to us are handled through our Zoho Mail business account and used to respond to correspondence or administer an applicable existing arrangement.

New paid signups are disabled. Stripe remains the billing provider for any existing subscription. We do not receive full payment-card numbers through the current demo; billing information and records may remain with Stripe under the applicable arrangement.

3. Providers and data handling

The providers' notices describe their own processing: Vercel, Google, Zoho and Stripe. Their processing may occur outside Malaysia. This prototype does not demonstrate a production data-retention, encryption-at-rest or source-access system.

We do not sell your information or use it to train models. Existing privacy and data-processing commitments, including no-sale, no-training and deletion obligations agreed for an earlier arrangement, remain unchanged. The preserved prior policy is linked below; this scope update does not remove those commitments.

4. Retention and requests

The demo code does not persist chat text to a reporting database or browser storage. Email correspondence and billing records are separate from the demo and may remain with the relevant providers for correspondence, an existing arrangement or applicable recordkeeping requirements. Existing agreed retention and deletion obligations are unaffected.

Contact info@terraform.my for access, correction, deletion or other data requests. No account-settings or source-disconnection interface is available in the public demo. This notice does not reduce rights under applicable law.

5. Changes

Updates to this notice will carry an actual update date. Any future live source integration or model processing must be described before it is offered through this site.
