Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last updated 7 October 2026 · demo-only scope

Existing arrangements: This demo-only update does not cancel existing subscriptions or reduce refund rights or service obligations already agreed with an existing customer. For an existing arrangement, its agreed terms continue to apply. Contact info@terraform.my for billing, cancellation, refund or data requests.

Cadence currently offers a free scripted demo. New paid signups and checkout sessions are unavailable. No payment is needed to use the demo.

1. Existing arrangements

This change does not cancel an existing subscription, move money, shorten a trial or refund period, or remove any already agreed service obligation. Existing arrangements continue under their agreed terms. The earlier policy is preserved below.

2. Trials and cancellation

For an existing paid plan, the previously offered 14-day trial and any applicable agreed trial terms continue. You can cancel before a trial ends to avoid a charge under those terms.

You can cancel an existing subscription at any time using a cancellation route available under your original arrangement or by emailing info@terraform.my. The public demo has no account-settings interface. Cancellation stops future renewals; your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period and you will not be billed for the next period under the existing cancellation terms.

The public demo has no report or pipeline export function. Any export right or obligation already agreed for an existing service remains unaffected; contact us about that arrangement.

3. Existing refund rights

Any more favorable right already agreed with you or required by applicable law remains unaffected.

4. Requests and price changes

Email info@terraform.my from your account email with your invoice or subscription details. We aim to respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

For an existing arrangement, the prior commitment to reasonable notice before a price change, with the new price applying from the next billing period, remains unchanged.
