Existing arrangements: This demo-only update does not cancel existing subscriptions or reduce refund rights or service obligations already agreed with an existing customer. For an existing arrangement, its agreed terms continue to apply. Contact info@terraform.my for billing, cancellation, refund or data requests.

These Terms describe use of the public Cadence prototype, provided by Terraform Technologies ("Terraform AI", "we", "us"). The current public offering is a free scripted demonstration.

1. Current demo scope

The demo uses fictional Kopi Co figures and prewritten answers. It requires no account or payment and does not connect live business sources, call a model, run scheduled analysis, deliver reports or provide report/pipeline exports. Source labels and scheduling controls are simulations. Live reporting capabilities are development goals, not available features of this demo.

2. New subscriptions and existing arrangements

New paid signups are unavailable through this site. The demo does not activate a paid reporting service. Any existing subscription or separately agreed service remains subject to its agreed scope and terms; this notice does not withdraw those obligations.

Existing renewal, trial, cancellation and refund terms remain applicable to the arrangements for which they were agreed. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy and the preserved prior versions below. No existing subscription is cancelled by this website update.

3. Appropriate use and review

Do not enter confidential or personal information into the demo, misuse the site, break the law, infringe others' rights or attempt unauthorized access. Fictional outputs are interface examples, not business results or financial, legal or tax advice. A person must verify any future business output before relying on it.

4. Data and intellectual property

The current demo has no connected customer data. Information handling for website requests and enquiries is described in our Privacy Policy. Ownership of customer data and existing no-sale, no-training, deletion and export commitments under a prior arrangement are unaffected.

Cadence's software, design and content remain owned by Terraform Technologies; these Terms do not transfer our intellectual property to you.

5. Disclaimers and liability

The demo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. You are responsible for verifying outputs before relying on them.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Terraform Technologies will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim. This notice does not reduce rights under applicable law or alter terms already agreed for an existing arrangement.

6. Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia have jurisdiction over disputes. Questions: info@terraform.my.
